SOCIAL MEDIA & RECEIPT REDEMPTION CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement with and acceptance of these Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Sponsor has the irrevocable right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote, or otherwise use the entrant’s entry, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant waives any and all moral rights in and to their entry in favour of Sponsor and its designees.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Void where prohibited.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Contest; Sponsor; Entry Period

The Sleep for Tomorrow Project Social Media & Receipt Redemption Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by The Water Street Collective LLC doing business as Ryde: Canada, 3711 Rue Saint-Antoine O, Montréal, QC H4C 0C1 (“Sponsor”). The Contest runs from 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 12, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s time-keeping mechanism is the official time-keeping mechanism for this Contest. The “Administrator” of this Contest is Blue Door Agency, 183 Bathurst St, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M5T 2R7, and may fulfill any and all of the Sponsor’s functions under these Official Rules. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Any questions about this Contest should be directed to Sponsor and not Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor, Blue Door Agency, British American Tobacco (“BAT”) or any other promotional or fulfillment partners, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family and household members include the spouse, parent, child, sibling, and any persons living with any such persons (whether related or not). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who fails to meet the eligibility requirements or any person it determines, in its sole discretion, to be sufficiently connected with Sponsor that such person’s participation could create the appearance of impropriety. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, and Sponsor expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it believes in good faith do not comply with these Official Rules. All applicable federal, provincial and local laws apply.

3. Entry

There are three ways to enter.

1. A. Trial Purchase (Receipt Redemption Entry)

During the Contest Period, purchase a trial of Ryde: Sleep from a Ryde: Brand Ambassador/Street Team in the city of Toronto and obtain a valid receipt. To enter: (1) Take a clear photograph or screenshot of your entire paper or digital receipt; (2) Visit https://winwithryde.com; (3) Upload the receipt, fully complete the entry form which includes a no more than 200 word submission about a personal story about who you would show up better for after a good night’s sleep; (4) Once validated, you will receive an email confirming your entry. A “Valid Sales Receipt” must clearly display: retailer name, date of purchase, qualifying product(s), and transaction total. Illegible, altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts will be void.

1. Social Media (via @drinkryde.ca on Instagram)

To enter on social media: follow @drinkryde.ca on Instagram; locate the Sleep for Tomorrow Project post; like the Sleep for Tomorrow Project post; and post a comment on the Sleep for Tomorrow Project post, completing the sentence: “Tonight, I’m sleeping with Ryde: because tomorrow, I’m waking up for ______.”

1. No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase: Handwrite on a plain white sheet of paper your first name and last name, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and province of residence. Include a handwritten, original paragraph of at least 100 words answering the following two questions: (1) Fill in the blank: “Tonight, I’m sleeping with Ryde: because tomorrow, I’m waking up for ______.” (2) “Why would you like to win the Contest Prize?” Mail the entry so it is received during the Contest Period to: ATTN: RYDE SWEEPSTAKES CONTEST ADMIN, Blue Door Agency, 183 Bathurst St, Suite 400, Toronto, Ontario M5T 2R7. Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person.

Any comments posted as part of an entry in connection with this Contest on Instagram must comply with all Instagram rules and conditions and, to be a valid entry in this Contest, shall not contain any material that is infringing of third party rights, violates privacy rights, harasses, degrades, defames, libels, or disparages another person or brand, advertises another brand, good or service, violates laws, incites or encourages hatred, bigotry, racism, sexism, ageism, any form of discrimination, bodily harm or injury, or violation of laws or illegal conduct. Any content in bad taste, not in keeping with the good image of Sponsor and its products, or otherwise objectionable or offensive to Sponsor in its discretion will result in the entrant posting the same being disqualified from this Contest.

Entries received after the end of the Contest Period will be void. You understand and agree that information provided in connection with entering is provided to Sponsor and Blue Door Agency, and not to Instagram. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who entered via social media, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram profile by Instagram. Potential winners may be required to show valid proof of being the authorized account holder of the Instagram profile associated with their potentially winning entry.

Entrant Content License. By submitting any entry (including any written submission, comment, photograph, or other content), each entrant hereby grants to Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform such entry content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor is under no obligation to use any entry or submission.

Entrant Representations & Warranties. By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that: (a) the entry is the entrant’s own original work; (b) the entry does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party; (c) the entry does not contain any defamatory, libellous, or unlawful material; (d) all information provided in connection with the entry is true, accurate, and complete; and (e) the entrant has the full right and authority to submit the entry and grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to any breach or alleged breach of these representations and warranties.

No Confidentiality. Entries and submissions will not be treated as confidential or proprietary. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any entry submitted and will not return any entries or submissions to entrants. Sponsor shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to any entry or its content.

4. Entry Limits

Unlimited purchase-based entries, subject to valid receipts. Limit one (1) no-purchase essay entry per person. Unlimited comments on the relevant @drinkryde.ca social media post. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or automated means are prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the entry process.

5. Equal Chance of Winning

All eligible entries received during the Contest Period, whether submitted through the Trial Purchase (Receipt Redemption) method, the Social Media method, or the No Purchase (mail-in) method, will be pooled together and each entry will have an equal chance of being selected in the random draw described in Section 7. No method of entry receives greater weight or priority than another.

6. Privacy

By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor and the Administrator for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, and notifying winners. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose without the entrant’s separate consent. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at ryde.com/legal/privacy-policy/, and applicable Canadian privacy law. Sponsor reserves the right to notify prize providers and any prize delivery service of winner name and address as needed to fulfill prize(s). Personal data of winner is also collected by Blue Door Agency as needed to administer this Contest for Sponsor; Administrator abides by Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is posted here: https://winwithryde.com/privacy-policy/

7. Winner Selection; Odds

Seven (7) potential winners will be selected by random draw on or about November 17, 2026 in Toronto, ON. Potential winners for the additional prizes will be pulled first, followed by the potential winners for the Grand Prizes. Only the announced prize(s) will be awarded. The number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period determines the odds of winning. If a potential winner is determined to be ineligible by Sponsor, forfeits or does not claim the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion based on a subsequent drawing from the pool of eligible entries. Decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the number of prize(s) described in these Official Rules.

8. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor or Administrator, as required by Canadian law. If the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time allotted, the entrant will be disqualified, will forfeit any right to the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries in accordance with these Official Rules.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and/or a direct message from @drinkryde.ca on Instagram. Further communications to verify potential winner and fulfill prize may be by voice or video call or email to the potential winner; Sponsor reserves the right to determine the methods of notification. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days to remain eligible. Failure to respond to the prize notification attempt within the specified three (3) business days, being determined to be ineligible to win, and failure to comply with these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, failure to timely return the Winner Documents described below, may be considered such potential winner’s forfeiture of the opportunity to claim the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be required to return the Winner Documents described below as a condition to claiming a complete prize.

10. Verification & Winner Documents Required to Claim Prize

By entering or accepting a prize in this Contest, each entrant and winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and to conform to all federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must: sign and return a Declaration and Release; provide valid government-issued photo identification; and confirm eligibility and compliance with these Rules. As a condition to claiming a prize and being verified as a winner, a potential winner shall, if requested, be required to execute and return to Sponsor within 10 days of receipt a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (“Winner Documents”), or an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner has not reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian may be required to execute and return any Winner Documents on the potential winner’s behalf. Failure to comply with the documentation or verification requirements under these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

11. 11. Prize(s)

There are seven (7) total prizes to be won.

1. Grand Prize: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded to two (2) individual winners, each consisting of: $5,000 CAD; 2x 8-pack of Ryde: Sleep; and a Sleep for Tomorrow Project Package (Ryde: Sleep, Set of Pyjamas, Journal, Sunglasses, $50 gift card). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): CAD $5,550 per Grand Prize.
2. Additional Prizes: Five (5) Sleep for Tomorrow Project Packages will be awarded to five (5) individual winners, each consisting of: Ryde: Sleep, Set of Pyjamas, Journal, Sunglasses, and $50 gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): CAD $500 per Additional Prize.

Actual value may vary depending on availability and market conditions.

Prize conditions: Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitution except as required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or force majeure events. Any unclaimed prize or portion thereof will not be awarded. Failure to claim or redeem any portion of a prize will result in forfeiture of that portion. Unused portions of the prize have no cash value and will not be compensated by Sponsor. If any portion of a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize component of equal or greater value. All costs and expenses incurred in claiming or using a prize, which are not described in these Official Rules as part of the prize, including all income and all other federal, provincial and local taxes (if any) applicable to the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Product Disclaimer. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Ryde: Sleep product, including but not limited to any representations regarding its fitness for a particular purpose, efficacy, health benefits, or safety. Entrants who obtain a trial of Ryde: Sleep do so at their own risk. Entrants should consult a healthcare professional before consuming any new food, beverage, or supplement product. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, illness, injury, or other harm arising from the consumption or use of the Ryde: Sleep product or any prize component.

12. Limits on Liability

Sponsor, its affiliates, Blue Door Agency, British American Tobacco (“BAT”), Instagram, Meta, and the providers of individual prize components, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate contact information provided by entrants or winners, (2) entries, notifications and responses to notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical or other error of any kind, (3) any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in part or wholly in the Contest, (4) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest, or (5) any unavailability of or interruption to the website at https://winwithryde.com or any other website used in connection with this Contest, for any reason, including but not limited to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, upgrades, or server failures. Sponsor offers no warranty on prize package components. Sponsor does not make any, and hereby disclaims any and all, representations or warranties of any kind regarding any prize.

Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor and Administrator shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, whether physical, monetary or otherwise, to any person (including any entrant, winner) or property, arising out of or in any way related to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (or any part thereof), or participation in any event or activity associated with the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering, an entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Released Parties and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize (or any part thereof) or participation in the Contest, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded (or any part thereof), regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or to any winner or any person claiming through such winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulation, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ sole control.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, posting, electronic or human errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (ii) viruses or technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; or (vii) late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries or late notifications or notifications that cannot be transmitted. These indemnification and release provisions shall survive expiration of the Contest Period and the claiming of any prize.

Persons found tampering with, abusing, or otherwise disrupting any aspect of this Contest, or otherwise attempting to defraud Sponsor, as solely determined by Sponsor, may be disqualified and their entries will be deleted. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the entrant’s eligibility to further participate in this Contest and future promotions and contests of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to undermine the legitimate operation of a website in connection with this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Publicity

Unless prohibited by applicable law, by accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and province) and comments related to this Contest or a prize won in all media, in perpetuity, in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate for promotional and publicity purposes without any further compensation or notice.

14. Additional Terms

In the event this Contest is challenged by Instagram, Meta, a third-party, or any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest, or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Sponsor shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules in any way or at any time; continued participation in the Contest following any such modification constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of the modified Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest. In the event any portion of this Contest is compromised by any non-authorized human intervention, actions of entrants, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the integrity, administration, security, or operation of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, abbreviate or terminate the Contest without further obligation. If Sponsor elects to abbreviate the Contest, the winner may be determined from all eligible entries received prior to the action or compromise giving rise to the suspension or termination of this Contest. In the event of cancellation, abbreviation or suspension, Sponsor shall promptly post a notice on @drinkryde.ca on Instagram to such effect.

15. Applicable Law; Disputes

This Contest shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees. EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations as between one or more persons who participate in the Contest and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, including the procedural provisions of those laws, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. All persons who participate in the Contest, the Sponsor, and all other parties hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of that Province, in respect of the determination of any matter or dispute arising under or in respect of the Contest or arising under or in respect of these Rules, and agree that any such determination shall be brought solely and exclusively before such courts in the Province in which the Contest took place.

16. Winner List

To receive a complete list of winner(s) or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Ryde: Contest, Attention: Ryde: Contest, Blue Door Agency, 183 Bathurst St, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M5T 2R7, to be received by January 31, 2027. Specify “winner’s list” or “rules” on your request.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Entire Agreement. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and the Sponsor with respect to this Contest and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to this Contest.
