SUPER BOWL RECEIPT REDEMPTION CONTEST

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor & Administrator
The Ryde: To The Big Game Super Bowl Receipt Redemption Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Ryde Functional Beverage (the “Sponsor”).
The Contest is administered by Blue Door Agency, Toronto, Ontario (the “Administrator”).
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League, the Super Bowl®, any NFL team, or any broadcast partner.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter and win, an individual must:
Be a legal resident of Canada
Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry
Possess a valid passport required for international travel
Not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of:
The Sponsor
Blue Door Agency
British American Tobacco (“BAT”) or any other promotional or fulfillment partners
Their respective parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries
Not be an immediate family member or household member of any such employee
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on December 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
A. Product Purchase (Receipt Redemption Entry)
During the Contest Period, purchase any participating Ryde retail product and obtain a valid receipt.
To enter:

Take a clear photograph or screenshot of your entire paper or digital receipt

Upload the receipt, fully complete the entry form, and confirm acceptance of these Official Rules

Once validated, you will receive an email confirming your entry
A “Valid Sales Receipt” must clearly display:

Illegible, altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts will be void.
B. No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a purchase:
Handwrite on a plain white sheet of paper:
First name and last name
Telephone number
Email address
Date of birth
Province of residence
Include a handwritten, original paragraph of at least 100 words answering:

5. Entry Limits
Unlimited purchase-based entries, subject to valid receipts
Limit one (1) no-purchase essay entry per person
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or automated means are prohibited
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the entry process
6. Prize
Grand Prize (2 Winners)
Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded consisting of a Super Bowl travel experience for two (2) people, including:

7. Travel Dates
Travel Dates: February 6 – February 9, 2026
Winner and guest must travel together
Passports, visas, insurance, and additional expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner and guests
8. Winner Selection & Notification
Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random draw on or about February 1, 2026.
The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 24 hours to remain eligible.
9. Skill-testing Question
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, as required by Canadian law.
10. Verification
To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:
Sign and return a Declaration and Release
Provide valid government-issued photo identification
Confirm eligibility and compliance with these Rules
Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
11. Conditions of Prize
Prize must be accepted as awarded
No cash substitution except as required by law
Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or force majeure events
12. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their partners from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
13. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, city, and province for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failure compromises integrity
Disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
15. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
